ONE Month Old!

So exciting!

It's my 1st Month Celebration!

Mummy told me there's going to be lots of people in the house!

The house was decorated with balloons & many cartoon pictures for my celebration; but this is my favourite!

There were also lots of food for all our relatives & friends who came to celebrate with us!

All these were cooked with lots of love by Grand Uncle Gerard.

I wanted to try some, but...

Grandmama says I'm too young to have any of these and fed me way before any visitors came.

It was a long, long day...

I was carried by so many different people that I was confused & couldn't remember most of them.

Daddy says among them were aunties, uncles, grand uncles, grand aunties, Mummy's friends & Daddy's friends...

I was so tired by the end of the day that I yawned & yawned & yawned.

My 1st time in Church!

Today we went to church together for the 1st time!

I was really excited as Mummy & Daddy prepared me for this expedition!

I insisted on wearing my favourite duckie cap!

I was really awed by how the church looked! & how I loved the hymes that were sung!

And guess what?! The church is already decorated for Christmas!

Big Boy??

Everyone tells me I'm a big boy now...

But... but... Stitch seems to be just as big as me!





These past 2 weeks I got mummy & daddy real worried. My jaundice is still at a very high level.

Dr Tan says that it's not very usual for 1 month old babies to still have jaundice.

She advised mummy & daddy to send me for blood test.




It was very painful!

Mummy said my cries filled the entire clinic! But... I couldn't help it!

I have 2 new toys this week.
A play gym... and ... my Choo-Choo.




I wonder why mummy says "shame shame" whenever I suck on it...


My favourite time of the day is bathing time!
And this is my favourite position. I love kicking water in my tub!
Ace (grand mama's brown doggie) wish that he can join me everytime I have fun!

I overheard mummy & daddy saying that I'm going to have a 1 month old celebration soon.
I wonder what happens during a celebration...?

Poo Poo Problem

Mummy says I've got a poo-poo problem...

I have not poo poo for 3 days in a row. It got everyone worried.

Other than not poo-ing, mummy says I'm still cranky.

Mummy & daddy decided to bring me to the doctor that Claire jie-jie goes to.

Dr Tan gave me some medicine & made me poo.

I feel happy after poo-ing...

I have many toys on my bed that Grandmama & mummy uses to distract me whenever I'm unhappy.

Of all the toys, these are my favourites.

The Yu Yee Oil bottle, Mr Caterpillar & Mrs Ladybug.

Mummy says Claire-jie jie likes the Yu Yee Oil bottle too!

It's so stange that we both have the same toy...

Little Ezekiel

Mummy has a nick name for me. She calls me Little Ezekiel.
Someday when I grow up, I'm going to tell her I'm not little anymore.

As you can see my clothes are oversized. Grandmama says not to worry.
I'll fit nicely into them in the blink of an eye.

Mummy says I'm cranky this week.
I refuse to nap & I dislike my bed. I love to be rocked to sleep in grandmama & mummy's arms feeling their warmth & love. I think it tired grandmama & mummy though...

I had to be admitted to the hospital after a visit to Dr Yeo's clinic.

She says that I had very bad jundice. She instructed the nurse jie-jies to put me under the blue light for 2 days!

Mummy & daddy were very upset that I couldn't go home.

The eventful 1st week

The 1st week of my life was really eventful for mummy & daddy.

My arrival was unexpected as I was only 35 weeks in mummy's womb then. But I was so excited to see the world that God created that I broke mummy's water bag at 6am in the morning!

Dr Yeo, the doctor that looks after me says that I have to be kept in the NICU (the place that they observe babies) for a day to be sure that I was well. I was quite afraid at first, but lucky the nurse-jie jies were all very kind to me.

Daddy & mummy visits me each time they get a chance.

We celebrated mummy's B-day in the hospital.

I overheard mummy saying that I'm the best B-day present that God has given her.

Hmm... I wonder what a present is?...

Many people came to visit & strange enough they keep looking at me thru little boxes that goest goes 'click click click'. Mummy says it's the camera.

I didn't want to share a birthday cake with mummy so I made daddy promise to buy us a cake each.
